Hopeless Ro Dating Terms

Adults only and truthful profiles

You must be at least 18 years old. Do not misstate your age, identity, relationship status, location, intentions or photos. Do not create a Dating profile for another person. Public profile information should be current, respectful and suitable for an adult dating environment.

Private and public information

Legal name, account email, private phone number and home ZIP are held in the private Dating account record and are not published in the public profile. First name, age, city/state, photos, prompts, Rose Path, Date Readiness and relationship intentions may be shown to eligible members. Ro Signal uses a rounded approximate zone and remains active only while you choose to be discoverable.

Rose Path, Date Readiness and Ro Signal

Completing the Rose Path Passport and a current weekly Date Readiness check is required before activating Ro Signal. These features are self-reported reflection tools, not professional psychological, medical or safety assessments. A completed profile or readiness score does not guarantee compatibility, honesty or safety.

First Five, Rose Room and First Meet

First Five limits each person to five intentional messages per round. Both people make a private Rose Up or Goodbye decision. The Rose Room opens only after mutual Rose Up decisions. First Meet readiness unlocks after reciprocal qualifying conversation milestones and requires both people to choose Ready. The plan builder and safety check-in are organizational tools, not monitoring or emergency services.

Prohibited Dating conduct

• No minors, exploitation, trafficking, coercion or non-consensual sexual conduct.
• No harassment, threats, stalking, impersonation, catfishing or hate.
• No requests for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking access or investment participation.
• No pressure to leave Rise Up, disclose private contact information, meet, drink, use substances or engage in sexual activity.
• No commercial sexual services, spam or deceptive promotion.

Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can report a profile or conversation and block another member. Safety keywords may mark a message or profile for review. A flagged profile may be removed from discovery and its Ro Signal disabled while administrators review it. Administrators may clear, restrict or delete Dating profiles and may preserve evidence required for safety, fraud prevention or law enforcement.

No background-check or match guarantee

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Rise Up does not conduct comprehensive criminal, identity, employment, relationship-status or background checks on every member. Verification indicators are limited signals and do not guarantee identity or conduct. Use your own judgment and follow the Dating Safety Rules.

Separate Dating deletion

You may delete Hopeless Ro Dating data without deleting your main Rise Up social account. Dating deletion can remove the private Dating account, public profile, photos, signals, saves, blocks, conversations, media, safety records and related queues, subject to lawful retention.
