Account Deletion Guide
Rise Up provides a separate Hopeless Ro Dating deletion flow and a full account deletion flow. Choose the option that matches what you want removed.
Delete only Hopeless Ro Dating
- Sign in at blacksriseup.com with the Rise Up account that owns the Dating profile.
- Open Connect, choose Dating, then open Safety.
- Select Delete Dating Profile & Data and confirm.
- A deletion request is recorded and the Dating cleanup workflow removes Dating-only records and storage while leaving your Rise Up social account active.
This may remove the private Dating account, public profile, prompts, photos, Ro Signal, saved roses, blocks, conversations, message media, safety check-ins and notification records, subject to lawful safety and retention requirements.
Delete the full Rise Up account
- Sign in at blacksriseup.com.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Open the account/security area and choose Delete Account.
- Complete any recent-login or password confirmation required by Firebase Authentication.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
Full account deletion is intended to remove authentication access and user-owned records supported by the current cleanup process. Content involved in reports, transactions, legal duties, fraud prevention or safety investigations may be retained as permitted or required by law.
When you cannot sign in
Email itsjosephsapps@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Rise Up Account Deletion,” include your public name and account email, and state whether you want Dating-only deletion or full account deletion. Additional verification may be requested before action is taken.
Before deleting
Save any photos, messages, listing details or other content you need before confirming. Deletion may be irreversible, and the same account identifier or content may not be recoverable afterward.
